About the Role

Vankayala Nagaraja Chetty Grandson India Private Limited (VNCGIPL) is looking for an experienced Head of Capital Markets & Investor Relations to support the Group's long-term capital strategy, financial relationships, fundraising initiatives and investor communications.

This is a strategic group-level role working closely with the Founder, Board, CA/CFO, CS, Legal and senior management to develop professional frameworks for capital raising, investor engagement, financial partnerships and future growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support the Group's capital and funding strategy.
- Identify suitable sources of capital including equity, debt, strategic investors and institutional funding.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, lenders, funds, family offices and strategic partners.
- Prepare investor presentations, information memorandums, financial materials and management reports.
- Support fundraising, investment and financing transactions from preparation through execution.
- Coordinate with CA/CFO, CS, Legal Counsel, auditors, bankers and transaction advisors.
- Support valuation analysis, financial modelling, capital structure analysis and transaction evaluation.
- Develop investor communication and reporting frameworks.
- Maintain investor and stakeholder databases and engagement records.
- Track capital-market developments, industry trends, valuations and relevant funding opportunities.
- Support due diligence, data rooms and transaction documentation.
- Assist with strategic investments, JVs, acquisitions, divestments and other corporate transactions.
- Establish professional Investor Relations policies, processes and reporting standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial, corporate and transaction information.
- Ensure capital-market and investor activities are conducted in coordination with applicable legal, regulatory and corporate requirements.




- Support the Founder and Board in evaluating strategic capital and investment opportunities.

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Venture Capital or related fields.
- Strong understanding of fundraising, capital structures, financial markets and corporate transactions.
- Robust financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
- Excellent investor and stakeholder relationship-management skills.
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with senior management, promoters, investors, lenders or financial institutions.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional judgment.
- Ability to operate independently and build the function from the ground up.
- Comfortable working directly with the Founder and Board.

Preferred: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Karnataka.
