Self Clarity
Bangalore Urban
About Self ClaritySelf Clarity is a global mission for intentional living. Through the Self Clarity Framework, built on three decades of psychology, behavioural science, and real human transformation, we help individuals and leaders move beyond generic goal-setting to rediscover who they truly are and design authentic, deeply fulfilling lives.
We offer six transformative programmes tailored to different stages of leadership and life, from immersive C-Suite experiences and senior-leader intensives to founder-focused journeys, social-impact leadership cohorts, residential retreats, and beginner-friendly weekend immersions in nature. Our community spans participants from across the world, united by a shared commitment to lead from within and live with clarity.
Role OverviewWe're hiring a part time Wellbeing Advisor with a background in psychology and behavioural science to guide and review our programme curation. You'll act as the psychological conscience of our offerings, evaluating what we build, flagging gaps or risks, and helping us shape programmes that create real, lasting impact for the people who attend.
This is an advisory role, not a clinical practice role. You won't be working with participants directly, but your expertise will directly shape the experience they go through.
What You'll Do
- Review programme curation: Evaluate existing and in-development programmes for psychological soundness, safety, and effectiveness.
- Guide content and structure: Advise on how exercises, themes, and pacing align with evidence-based psychological and behavioural science practices.
- Identify gaps: Flag anything missing that participants would need to feel genuinely supported (e.g., safety nets for sensitive topics,
appropriate framing, aftercare guidance).
- Recommend changes: Provide clear, actionable feedback the team can implement, and help prioritize revisions.
- Advise on participant wellbeing: Help define what "success" and "feeling helped" should look like for a programme, and how to measure it.
- Ad hoc consultation: Be a sounding board for the team on psychology-related questions as new programmes are conceived.
Who You Are
- Advanced degree in psychology, behavioural science, or a related field (e.g., PsyD, PhD in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or equivalent clinical training).
- Licensed practitioner preferred (e.g., clinical psychologist, therapist, counselor). Please note your licensure/credentials.
- Experience in areas such as personal development, behavioral change, group facilitation, or leadership/wellbeing programme design is a strong plus.
- Comfortable reviewing non-clinical, consumer-facing content and translating psychological best practices into practical, accessible guidance.
- Thoughtful communicator who can give direct, constructive feedback to a non-clinical team.
- Genuine interest in intentional living, self-discovery, and helping people build authentic, fulfilling lives.
Commitment & Logistics
- Time commitment: Part-time / advisory (e.g., a few hours per week or per programme cycle, flexible, to be finalized with the right candidate).
- Format: Remote-friendly, with periodic calls/reviews as programmes are developed or revised.
How to ApplyPlease share your CV/resume, relevant licensure or credentials, and a brief note on your experience with programme or curriculum review (or similar advisory work). using this link: https://forms.gle/GvzWcJUBqj1kvKmx6
