viaENS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Outreach & Publisher Relations Executive to join our Digital PR & Link Building team.

If you have solid communication, research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, this could be a great opportunity to start or grow your career in SEO & Digital PR.

? What You’ll Do

✔ Research and identify website owners, editors & decision-makers

✔ Find contact details using LinkedIn, Hunter.io, Apollo & other tools

✔ Reach out to publishers through email and other channels

✔ Negotiate pricing, publication terms & placement requirements

✔ Build and maintain long-term publisher relationships

✔ Follow up with publishers and manage responses

✔ Maintain accurate records of contacts, pricing & website status

✔ Coordinate with internal teams to complete outreach orders

? What We’re Looking For

✔ Freshers are welcome to apply





✔ Strong written & verbal English communication

✔ Good research and internet skills

✔ Robust negotiation and persuasion abilities

✔ Confident and professional communication

✔ Willingness to learn SEO, Digital PR & Link Building

? Basic SEO Knowledge

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

- DoFollow & NoFollow links
- Sponsored & UGC attributes
- Guest Posting & Link Insertions
- Anchor Text & Internal/External Linking
- Meta Title & Meta Description
- DA, DR, Organic Traffic & Spam Score
