About the Role

Eternell is looking for a creative and technically skilled Website & Graphic Designer who can design visually appealing, responsive and conversion-focused websites while also creating high-quality graphics for digital and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and managing static websites, dynamic websites and Shopify e-commerce stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites.
- Create static, dynamic and e-commerce websites.
- Design, customize and manage Shopify stores.
- Create landing pages, product pages and campaign-specific web pages.
- Improve website layouts, navigation, user experience and conversion rates.
- Design website banners, product creatives, social media posts, advertisements, brochures and marketing materials.
- Create product mock-ups, infographics and promotional graphics.
- Ensure consistent branding across websites and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing, content and development teams.
- Optimize website designs for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Update website content, images, product information and promotional offers.
- Perform basic website maintenance and troubleshoot design-related issues.
- Follow current UI/UX, e-commerce and graphic-design trends.

Required Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as a Website Designer, UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer.
- Practical experience designing static and dynamic websites.




- Strong experience with Shopify website design and customization.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow or similar CMS platforms will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles and website conversion optimization.
- Experience creating graphics for e-commerce products, social media and digital advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, supplements, FMCG or e-commerce brands will be preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant qualified experience preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates must be based in India and comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement.

- Graphic-design samples, including social media creatives, banners, brochures or product advertisements
