About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Operations Specialist to join Allegion India's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing security systems, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the safety of our facilities, employees, and assets. Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security operations, facility security, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, surveillance technology, access control, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze security data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in security management software and MS Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CISSP are preferred.

Responsibilities





- Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems to ensure operational efficiency and security compliance.
- Develop, implement, and update security policies, procedures, and protocols to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate security personnel, assign tasks, and ensure proper training to maintain high standards of security.
- Investigate security incidents, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other external agencies as needed.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage security-related documentation, including incident reports, security logs, and compliance records.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve security measures.
