About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Web Developer to join our dynamic team at Sloka IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems for web applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

The Backend Web

Developer will be responsible for creating efficient, scalable, and secure server-side components that support our energy automation products and other enterprise solutions. The position offers a hybrid work setting based in Bangalore, with an initial contract duration of at least one year, potentially extending based on performance and project needs.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in computer science or related fields, including B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.E., M.Tech., or MSc in Computer Science.



Relevant professional experience of 4+ years in software development is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.

Proficiency in full-stack web development, particularly with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server or Oracle databases, is required. Additionally, good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. A quick learner who stays updated on emerging technologies and industry trends will be highly valued.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing software requirements and functional specifications to align with business objectives. They will design, develop, and unit test backend components, ensuring seamless integration within the overall system architecture. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code is essential, along with conducting code reviews to maintain quality standards.

The role involves ensuring that all deliverables adhere to organizational and project-specific quality requirements.



The developer will also oversee the continuous integration of solution artifacts into the software configuration management system, ensuring timely delivery within project timelines. Collaborating with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions is a key aspect of this role.
