About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Web Developer to join our dynamic team at Sloka IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that support our innovative energy automation products. This role requires a strong foundation in software development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and quality assurance.

The Backend Web

Developer will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and performance of our software solutions, adhering to best practices and organizational standards. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge energy automation technology within a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore, with a minimum contract duration of one year, with the potential for extension.





Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a relevant educational background, including a B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.E., M.Tech., or MSc in Computer Science or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of four years of professional experience in software design and development is required. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in object-oriented programming principles, software design concepts, and full-stack web development technologies.

Experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server or Oracle databases is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and trends. The candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities The primary responsibilities include analyzing software requirements and functional specifications aligned with business needs. The developer will design, develop, and unit test software components for energy automation products, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to organizational standards.

Responsibilities also encompass conducting code reviews, documenting software designs, and ensuring the integration of solutions into the configuration management system.
