Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly motivated individuals to join our Payments Operations team. The role involves processing payment transactions, validating payment instructions, UMB Payee Expense Research & Adjustments Customer Information.



Candidates should possess good typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Process payment transactions accurately within defined turnaround times.
- Review and validate payment instructions as per standard operating procedures.
- Perform data entry and transaction verification with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain process documentation and update trackers as required.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Escalate issues and risks promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Required Skills

- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

- Carry a printout your updated resume.
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof( PAN Card / Driving License/ Voters ID Card/ Passport)
- All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
