Role Description The Visual Merchandising Intern will support the design and presentation of digital “storefronts” and visual assets across PInterview’s online platform. This full-time, remote role involves assisting in the creation of engaging layouts, organizing content categories, and developing visually appealing promotional materials that highlight various interview services. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams, contributing ideas for visual campaigns, preparing mock-ups or mood boards,



and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.

The intern will also help analyze user engagement with visual content and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and understand user needs.
- Candidates should possess Retail and Sales skills to support visually appealing presentations that drive user engagement and service uptake.
- Candidates should possess skills in Window Displays or visual presentation to create compelling layouts and online merchandising concepts.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) and an eye for detail in layout, color, and typography.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Interest in e-learning, career development, or online platforms; prior coursework or experience in merchandising, marketing, design, or a related field is beneficial.
