About the Role

DRYOGA is looking for a Graphics & Video Editor who can turn ideas, raw footage and everyday moments into content that people want to watch, understand, share and remember.

You will work closely with the Marketing & Brand Growth team to create content for Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, campaigns, workshops, events and other digital platforms.

This is not just an editing job.

We are looking for someone who can understand what makes content engaging and gradually develop the creative instinct to turn an ordinary idea into something people stop scrolling for.

What You Will Do

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Convert raw yoga, fitness and wellness footage into engaging content.
- Add captions, music, transitions, sound effects and graphics.
- Create educational, testimonial, promotional and campaign videos.
- Repurpose longer videos into multiple short-form content pieces.
- Create videos that are visually consistent with the DRYOGA brand.
- Experiment with different hooks, formats, pacing and storytelling styles.

Graphic Design

- Design social media posts, carousels and Stories.
- Create creatives for campaigns, workshops and events.
- Design promotional material for DRYOGA programs.
- Create thumbnails, posters, banners and digital marketing creatives.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, layouts, imagery and overall brand identity.

Creative & Content Thinking This is where we expect you to grow beyond simply using editing software.

- Understand the purpose behind every piece of content.
- Suggest creative concepts, hooks and visual treatments.
- Identify what can make a piece of content more engaging.
- Follow current social media formats and trends.
- Experiment with new content styles.
- Think about audience attention and retention, not just aesthetics.
- Work with the Marketing & Brand Growth team to turn ideas into content.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has:





- Strong skills in video editing and graphic design.
- A good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and YouTube Shorts.
- A strong eye for composition, typography and visual balance.
- Good understanding of pacing and visual storytelling.
- The ability to turn a simple idea into an engaging creative.
- Attention to detail.
- A willingness to experiment and learn.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity about why some content works and some doesn't.

Most importantly: We value creative thinking more than knowing every software tool.

Tools

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Canva
- CapCut or similar editing tools

You don't need to know everything. If you are creative, willing to learn and have a strong portfolio, we want to see your work.

Experience

0–3 years

Freshers with a robust portfolio are welcome to apply.

We are more interested in what you can create than the number of years on your resume.

Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation

Full time

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Based on skills, experience and portfolio.

Part-Time

₹7,500 – ₹10,000 per month

Based on hours, skills and expected deliverables.
