About the Role

Maker's Asylum Goa is looking for a Videography Intern to join our team on-site. You'll be at the heart of creating our educational video content — filming and editing long-format video courses that teach Maker Skills, and repurposing that same footage into short-format content for social media. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about filmmaking, motion graphics, and storytelling to grow their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on creative environment.

What You'll Do

- Set up and shoot long-format video courses that teach Maker Skills — handling cameras, mics, lights, and studio setup
- Edit long-format course videos that are explicit, engaging, and easy to follow for learners
- Repurpose long-format course content into short-format videos for social media
- Build and maintain design guidelines for edits,



ensuring consistency with our brand across both course and social content
- Incorporate motion graphics and animations to enhance learning and engagement
- Manage storage and archival of video assets through creation and beyond
- Continuously improve our content creation process to make it faster and more efficient

What We're Looking For

- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Motion graphics / animation skills — a must-have. Prior experience is a plus, but we're open to interns who can pick this up quickly on the job through initiative
- Basic understanding of camera, lighting, and audio setup
- An eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
- Interest in educational content / instructional design is a plus
- Organized approach to file management and archival
- A proactive, self-driven attitude toward learning and improving workflows
