Role Description The Videographer role at Bose Works is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing video content for social media, short films, and other digital projects. Daily tasks include operating cameras, setting up lighting and audio equipment, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with directors, editors, and other creative team members.

The role also involves organizing and maintaining equipment, assisting in pre-production planning,



and supporting post-production workflows to ensure consistent visual quality. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative visual storytelling in a fast-evolving media environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and collaborating through all stages of the production process.
- Proficiency in Camera Operation and handling different types of Camera equipment for various shooting scenarios.
- Experience with Lighting setups to create appropriate visual mood and ensure clear, well-exposed footage.
- Hands-on experience in Shooting Video in studio and on-location environments, with attention to framing and composition.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong storytelling instincts, visual creativity, and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, and manage time across multiple projects.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field is a plus, as is prior experience in digital content or short film production.
