As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business. Your primary focus will be on upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, as well as acquiring new clients through provided leads. You will manage both the sales and service aspects, ensuring strong client engagement and satisfaction.
Your efforts will contribute to the growth of our AUM and increase client transaction counts.
Responsibilities
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
- Acquiring new clients through provided leads and building solid relationships.
- Managing sales and service processes to ensure client satisfaction.
- Activating dormant or ceased client folios to reactivate their engagement.
- Utilizing CRM and dialer systems efficiently for effective client management.
- Contributing to the growth of AUM and increasing client transaction counts.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating client information in the CRM.
- Providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Staying updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.

- Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role.
