Role Description The Video Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, responsible for overseeing end-to-end video production for BETA’s digital products and brand initiatives. This role includes planning video projects, coordinating timelines, and managing production resources to deliver high-quality digital video content.

The Video

Manager will work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to define concepts, script key messages, and ensure that all video assets align with brand standards and strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising shoots,



guiding video editing and post-production workflows, optimizing content for various platforms, and maintaining a consistent visual and narrative style across all video materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Digital Video, including experience managing end-to-end video projects.
- Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, with proficiency in common editing tools and post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey creative concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle multiple video initiatives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with motion graphics or animation, familiarity with video optimization for web and social media, and a strong portfolio of previous work.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred.
