Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Video Producer at TEN : Book Engine.

The Video

Producer intern will support the planning, production, and editing of video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns. Daily tasks may include developing concepts and storyboards, coordinating multimedia assets, editing footage, adding motion graphics, and assisting with post-production workflows such as sound, color, and final delivery. The intern will collaborate with content, design, and marketing teammates, follow brand guidelines, and meet project timelines while learning industry best practices.





This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to end-to-end video production in a creative, book-centered environment.

Qualifications

- Practical skills in Video Production and Multimedia, including planning, shooting, and coordinating visual assets.
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, such as cutting footage, sound design, color correction, and exporting for multiple platforms.
- Ability to create or integrate Motion Graphics to enhance storytelling and improve viewer engagement.
- Familiarity with common video and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software).
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of content tailored for digital and social media channels.
- Effective communication skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Interest in books, storytelling, or creative media; prior coursework or personal projects in film, media, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
