Role Description We're looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping Reels and social-first content. Motion graphics skills — animated text, transitions, are equally important and used in almost every edit. You understand trends, strong hooks, pacing and visual storytelling and bring your own creative ideas to every edit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, podcasts and lifestyle content.
- Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, effects and kinetic typography.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, sounds and editing styles.
- Experiment with creative edits that improve retention and shareability.
- Collaborate with the creative/social media team and take ownership from raw footage to final export.




- Use AI and new-age creative tools to improve speed and creativity.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–4 years of experience with a strong Reel / short-form and motion graphics portfolio.
- Robust sense of pacing, typography, sound design and visual storytelling.
- Actively follows trends and knows how to adapt them creatively.
- Working knowledge of video editing software as well as AI- powered creative tools.
- A creative thinker who can go beyond the brief and suggest better ways to tell a story.
- Own laptop/computer suitable for professional video editing.

TOOLS YOU'LL USE

- VIDEO EDITING & MOTION GRAPHICS
- Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Final Cut CapCut
- AI TOOLS
- Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ElevenLabs
- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is required, along with comfort using AI tools in your workflow; the rest are a plus.
