Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Thane.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished video content that supports Seed Realty’s marketing, research, and client communication initiatives. Daily tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions and effects, performing color correction, and incorporating motion graphics and text overlays to clearly communicate real estate insights.



The role involves collaborating with the marketing and research teams to understand project objectives, adapting content for various digital platforms, and maintaining a consistent visual style aligned with the brand.

The Video

Editor will also manage file organization, media backups, and timely delivery of video assets for campaigns and presentations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including working with professional editing software.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visual output.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating engaging visual elements, titles, and infographics.
- Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and translate complex real estate concepts into clear visual stories.
- Good understanding of digital media formats, social media platforms, and best practices for video content optimization.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in real estate or corporate communication is an advantage.
