About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging visual content for digital products, social media, marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand communications.

The ideal candidate should understand video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, transitions, typography, and short-form content, and be able to turn ideas into engaging videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and advertisements.
- Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, logo animations, and visual effects.
- Create product demos and feature-explainer videos for software applications.
- Convert scripts, concepts, and storyboards into polished videos.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, footage, graphics, and animations.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams on creative requirements.
- Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency.
- Create multiple versions for different platforms and formats.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines.
- Stay updated with video, social media, motion graphics, and content trends.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator or equivalent tools.
- Good knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of typography, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling.




- Experience creating social-media-first content.
- Ability to create engaging hooks and visually attractive transitions.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design.
- Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into polished content.
- Understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Good to Have
- Experience creating product/tech marketing videos.
- Experience with UI/product animation and app walkthroughs.
- Experience with AI-generated video/image tools.
- Basic 3D motion graphics knowledge.
- Basic color grading skills.
- Experience creating advertising creatives for Meta, YouTube, or other digital platforms.
