Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Chennai.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content for websites, social media, and digital campaigns. Typical tasks include arranging and trimming clips, adding transitions and effects, syncing audio, performing basic color correction, and collaborating on motion graphics and titles as needed. The role involves working closely with designers, marketers,



and content creators to align video output with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Editor will also help maintain an organized media library, adhere to project timelines, and optimize video formats for different platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production and video editing, with experience using industry-standard editing software.
- Ability in video color grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual tone across projects.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and basic graphics creation for titles, lower-thirds, and visual elements.
- Understanding of digital marketing needs and social media platforms for optimizing video content.
- Attention to detail, robust visual storytelling abilities, and an eye for composition and pacing.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working in a digital agency or media production environment is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
