Role Description The Video Editor role at Build My Rep is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. In this role, the team member will edit and produce video content for digital campaigns, social media, brand stories, and promotional materials. Daily responsibilities include organizing raw footage, assembling clips into cohesive narratives, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements in line with brand guidelines.

Editor will collaborate closely with the PR, marketing,



and design teams to understand campaign objectives, adapt content for different platforms, and meet deadlines. The role also involves maintaining a consistent visual style, optimizing video formats for online distribution, and suggesting creative ideas to enhance engagement and brand impact.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance storytelling.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics for branded video content.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for web, social media, and mobile distribution.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant degree, diploma, or certification in film, media, animation, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio of previous work is essential.
