GlintCo Digital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Reel Creator Intern to join our team and work on short-form content for multiple client projects.

WHAT YO
U’LL DO
- Creat eand edit Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts and campaign videos• Turn r aw footage, images, scripts and voiceovers into engaging short-form content• Create strong hooks, storytelling flow and effective pacing• Add su btitles, text overlays, transitions, music, sound effects and basic motion graphics• Resear ch suitable stock footage, visuals and creative references when required• Repurp ose existing content into platform-specific videos• Follow campaign briefs and client brand guidelines• Collab orate with the marketing team on creative concepts• Handle feedback and revisions within timelines• Stay u pdated with Reel formats, editing styles and social media trends
WHAT WE
’RE LOOKING FOR
- 6–12
months of hands-on video editing experience preferred• Experi ence with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro,
CapCut or similar tools• Strong understanding of short-form video and Reel editing• Good s ense of visual storytelling, hooks, pacing, framing and sound design• Basic motion graphics and animation skills• Strong attention to typography, spelling and visual details• Comfor table understanding and working with Gujarati, Hindi and English content• Abilit y to accurately use Gujarati, Hindi and English text/audio in videos• Abilit y to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines• Knowle dge of AI-assisted video/creative tools is a plus• Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantag e
? PORTFOLIO IS IMPORTANT
PreviousReel and short-form video work is highly preferred.
