Role Description We are looking for a hands-on Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can manage the video creation process from shoot to final output.

The person should be comfortable shooting videos, editing footage, creating motion graphics, adding text/data animations, working with audio and adapting content for different digital platforms. The role will be in the Marketing teams to create engaging content for social media, brand communication, financial education, market-related content, interviews, corporate communication. This is not only an editing role.

We need someone who understands how to visualize a brief, plan the shoot and convert raw content into sharp, platform-ready videos

Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting & editing

- Independently handle basic to intermediate video shoots & edits(Short and long form). Shoot reels, expert videos,



interviews, explainers, corporate videos and social media content.
- Set up camera, framing, lighting and audio for indoor shoots.
- Guide speakers/talent on framing, positioning and basic delivery during shoots.
- Understand shot composition, B-roll requirements and coordinate shoot requirements
- Should be able to convert raw footage into crisp, engaging narratives with knowledge of cuts, transitions, pacing, sound, music and colour correction.
- Create multiple platform-specific versions from the same footage.

Motion Graphics
- Create clean and modern motion graphics for videos including animation, typography, numbers, statistics, charts, icons and infographics and ability to present financial and data-heavy information in a visually simple and understandable manner.

Required Skills

- Solid video editing and storytelling ability.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics.
- Good visual sense — typography, composition, spacing
- Understanding of social-media-first video formats.
- Ability to identify the strongest portions of raw footage and build an engaging edit.
- Ability to work independently during smaller shoots.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple videos and deadlines simultaneously

Software Proficiency

Strong working knowledge of

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage

- AI-based video, captioning and editing tools
