Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kolkata.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing video content for social media, branding campaigns, and advertising projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, refining narrative flow, applying transitions and effects, and collaborating with designers and content creators to maintain consistent visual storytelling. The role also involves basic motion graphics work, color correction and grading,



and optimizing videos for different platforms and formats.

The Video

Editor is expected to contribute creative ideas, meet project deadlines, and maintain organized file management for ongoing and archived projects.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic Motion Graphics to enhance visual quality and storytelling.
- Ability to work with Graphics and visual assets, collaborating effectively with designers and other creative team members.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Attention to detail, strong sense of timing and pacing, and an eye for visual composition and aesthetics.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing video work is required.
