Role Description The Video Editor (AI & Normal) will manage the full video production lifecycle, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, and applying AI tools to automate and enhance specific editing tasks.

Responsibilities include color grading, adding motion graphics and visual elements, integrating sound, and ensuring videos are optimized for digital platforms and client requirements. The role involves close collaboration with creative, technical, and project teams to understand briefs, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality, engaging content on schedule. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring regular coordination with internal stakeholders and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing across AI-assisted and traditional workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading with an eye for visual consistency and style.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics for intros, transitions, and explainer content.
- Experience with Graphics for overlays, titles, lower thirds, and visual branding elements.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar), including AI-based plugins or platforms.
- Good understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, compression, and delivery standards for web and social media.
- Robust storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Relevant certification or diploma in film, multimedia, animation, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.
