Through its social arm, NGO Udaan, it also supports child education, skill development, and children’s theatre in partnership with the Government of India. Applicants joining EduAdvice™ will be part of a mission-driven team focused on impactful educational content and community engagement.
Role Description As a Video Editing Intern at EduAdvice™, you will support the creation of engaging video content for news updates, podcasts, campus stories, and social media. On a day-to-day basis, you will edit raw footage, add transitions and effects, integrate graphics and motion elements, and perform basic color correction to maintain a consistent visual style. You will collaborate with content, social media, and design teams to adapt videos for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
The internship role is remote, allowing you to work from your location while meeting deadlines, participating in virtual meetings, and sharing project progress regularly.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in video production and basic understanding of the end-to-end video creation process.
- Candidates should possess strong video editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, sound syncing, and exporting in multiple formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading to ensure consistent visual tone and quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to create titles, lower thirds, and straightforward visual assets.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Canva) is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative improvements.
- Good communication skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and interest in education, media, or social impact content.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant program (media, film, design, communications) is preferred but not mandatory.
