We are looking for a creative Video Content Creator to produce engaging video content and high-converting video ads to promote our cybersecurity certification, courses and brand.

? Location: Jaipur (In-office)

? Type: Full-time (Non-Remote)

? Compensation: 20k-25k per month.

What you will do?

- Hands-on experience creating ads for Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels is mandatory.
- Record and create short-form videos, reels, and video ads.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and scripts for marketing content.
- Shoot talking-head, educational, promotional, and testimonial-style videos.
- Write high-converting ad scripts with a clear understanding of the target persona and creative hypothesis.
- Generate video ads using AI tools such as Veo3 and other generative AI platforms.
- Shoot content featuring yourself on camera.
- Continuously iterate and optimize winning creatives based on performance.
- Bonus if you can edit videos.





What are we looking for?

- Fluency in English is required
- Strong camera presence and communication skills.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and video ads.
- Basic knowledge of shooting, lighting, and video editing.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
- Strong understanding of short-form content and what makes it perform.
- Prior experience creating short-form ad creatives.
- Ability to analyze creative performance and understand key metrics.
- High energy, creativity, and someone who's enjoyable to collaborate with.

Hiring Process:

- 1 short assignment
- 1 interview (30 minutes)
