About the CompanyFitastic Digital Media is a Pune-based video content creation and YouTube-focused agency. We work primarily on long-form YouTube content, including videos in sports niches such as Golf and the NFL.

About the RoleWe are looking for Video Editing Interns who want hands-on experience editing real YouTube content.

You'll learn how to turn scripts and voiceovers into engaging videos by working on pacing, storytelling, B-roll selection, visual flow, and overall viewer retention.

You'll work directly on sports content, particularly Golf and NFL videos, and learn the editing workflows we use to produce long-form YouTube videos.

Responsibilities

- Edit long-form YouTube videos
- Find and select relevant B-roll, footage, images, and other visual assets




- Improve the pacing and flow of videos
- Sync visuals effectively with scripts and voiceovers
- Work on sports content, primarily Golf and NFL
- Make revisions based on feedback
- Learn and follow our existing editing style and workflow
- Help make videos more engaging and visually interesting

Who Can ApplyCandidates who:
- Have an interest in video editing and YouTube content
- Understand basic video editing or are willing to learn quickly
- Have a positive sense of pacing and visual storytelling
- Can research and find relevant footage/B-roll
- Are interested in working on sports-focused content

4 positions are full-time and in-office in Pune. 1 position is fully remote.

Selected interns will receive an Internship Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation based on performance.
