GCC India is being established in Hyderabad to build world-class engineering, product innovation, and operations capabilities in direct partnership with U.S. leadership.

Role:

We are seeking a VP Engineering to lead, scale, and operationalize the engineering organization of Premium Parking®’s Global Capabilities Center in Hyderabad. This is a founding leadership role: you will own end-to-end engineering delivery, architecture, quality, and team growth for GLIDEPARCS® — the free flow parking and urban mobility platform powering cities, universities, and enterprises across North America.

You will report functionally to the CTO (US) for technical direction and product priorities. The mandate: build a predictable, high-trust delivery engine and scale GCC India engineering from its founding pods to 35–40 engineers over the next 18–24 months — embedding an outcomes-first, ownership-driven operating culture aligned with our US teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Engineering Delivery & Velocity

- Own sprint cadence, release cycles, and cross-pod execution across GCC India engineering.
- Establish delivery frameworks, metrics, and dashboards for velocity, release health, and stability.
- Make and keep roadmap commitments with US product leadership; deliver predictably at scale.

2. Quality & Engineering Operations





- Build a unified QA + DevOps + multiple microservices engine — expanding automation coverage across unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, and reliability of multi-tenant SaaS deployments.
- Ensure backward compatibility, resilience, and audit-ready engineering practices across releases.

3. Architecture & Platform

- Set architecture standards across GLIDEPARCS® products — APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and platform services.
- Govern technical debt, system design reviews, and build-vs-buy decisions.
- Drive AI-first engineering — GenAI-powered development workflows, code assistants, and agentic automation across the SDLC.

4. People Leadership & Team Growth

- Hire, develop, and retain senior engineers; build career ladders, calibration, and performance rhythms.
- Mentor engineering leads and grow the next layer of technical leadership within GCC India.
- Partner with the Head of HR on workforce planning, leveling, and engineering culture rituals.

5. US–India Partnership & Culture

- Serve as the senior engineering voice of GCC India with US executives; run demos, reviews, and governance cadences.
- Embed an async-first, direct, outcomes-over-activity operating culture bridging US and India time zones.




- Enable customer-facing and GTM teams with operational readiness and engineering support frameworks.

Skills Required:

- 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams and managers in product / SaaS environments.
- Proven ownership of production systems at scale — shipped and operated multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS platforms with real SLAs.
- Deep architecture credibility across microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, and integration ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success scaling engineering organizations — hiring senior talent, building ladders, and running performance cycles.
- Experience leading distributed US–India delivery with robust async-first, cross-time-zone communication.
- Hands-on technical fluency — able to run architecture reviews and make binding technical decisions.

Preferred

- Prior GCC / captive-center engineering leadership, or zero-to-one team-building experience.
- Parking, mobility, fintech, or compliance-heavy platform background.
- Track record adopting GenAI / agentic AI engineering workflows at team-level.
- Exposure to payments, city data ecosystems, and compliance platform integrations.
