Role Description The Vice President of Engineering is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees all engineering functions, including the design, development, and delivery of parking infrastructure and technology solutions aligned with HPIPL’s strategic vision. Daily responsibilities include leading engineering teams, setting technical direction, prioritizing and reviewing projects, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

President of Engineering collaborates closely with product, operations, sales, and customer support to translate business needs into scalable, reliable solutions and to drive continuous improvement across systems and processes. This role also manages budgets, builds high-performing engineering culture, mentors leaders, and evaluates emerging technologies to keep HPIPL’s offerings creative and competitive.

Qualifications

- Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary engineering teams and build a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development to oversee technology roadmaps, system architecture, and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Solid Project Management experience to plan, execute, and monitor complex engineering projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure, mechanical, or automation engineering, preferably in parking, mobility, or smart city solutions.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, process optimization, and implementing engineering best practices and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Noida, with flexibility for remote collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience leading large engineering organizations and scaling technology-driven products or systems is highly beneficial.
