Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vice President – Architecture to lead the architectural design function and provide strategic and technical direction for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

The role will involve leading architectural teams, managing multiple projects, ensuring design quality and consistency, developing architectural standards, and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver complex projects successfully.

The ideal candidate should bring strong architectural expertise, leadership capabilities, project management experience, and exposure to complex projects across domestic and international markets.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- Overall 15–20 years of experience in Architecture
- 15+ years of Architectural Design experience
- 10+ years of BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience
- 15+ years of Project Management experience
- 15+ years of experience with Building Codes & Regulations
- Strong experience leading and managing architectural design teams
- Hands-on experience with contemporary architectural design and BIM software
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction practices, building codes, and regulations
- Experience managing large-scale and complex architectural projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution

Relevant Project Experience Experience in one or more of the following project types is highly relevant:

- High-rise commercial buildings
- Large residential / mixed-use developments
- Airports
- Large-scale building and infrastructure projects

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with international codes and standards




- Exposure to projects across US, Europe, and APAC markets
- Experience with international architectural design practices

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Leadership
- Lead the overall Architecture Design function
- Provide strategic and technical leadership to architectural teams
- Establish and implement architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices
- Ensure consistency, quality, and technical excellence across projects
- Mentor and develop architectural professionals and design teams

Design Management
- Lead the development and review of architectural designs for complex projects
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support in resolving complex design challenges
- Drive effective use of BIM and modern architectural design technologies
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams

Project Management
- Manage multiple large-scale architectural projects simultaneously
- Oversee project timelines, resources, deliverables, and quality
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and timelines
- Identify potential project risks and drive appropriate solutions




- Use project management and collaboration tools effectively

Codes, Standards & Compliance
- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and construction standards
- Apply knowledge of Indian and international architectural requirements
- Support teams in interpreting and implementing relevant codes and standards
- Maintain design quality and regulatory compliance throughout project delivery

Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions
- Present design strategies, project progress, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Effectively communicate complex architectural concepts to diverse audiences

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 15–20 years
- Strong background in Architectural Design and Project Management
- Extensive experience with BIM
- Strong knowledge of Building Codes & Regulations
- Proven experience leading architectural teams
- Experience managing large and complex projects
- Strong design, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working 100% from office in Gurugram

Education B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.

Interview Process

2–3 Rounds → HOD / Senior Leadership & Technical Discussion → Face-to-Face Round → Client Round
