About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced USA IT Recruiter with hands-on experience recruiting IT Infrastructure professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of US IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for USA-based IT Infrastructure requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Recruit profiles such as:
- Desktop / EUC Support
- Field Support Engineers
- Network Engineers
- Data Center Engineers
- On-Site IT Support
- Smart Hands / Field Services
- IT Infrastructure Support
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, availability, and compensation.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate status.
- Follow up with candidates through onboarding.
- Support urgent requirements during US business hours.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of IT Recruitment experience, preferably US IT Recruitment.
- Experience hiring IT Infrastructure / Field Support resources.




- Good understanding of the US IT staffing market.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms.
- Strong screening, communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of US locations, time zones, and work authorization concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a US shift environment.

Preferred
- Experience recruiting Contract / Contract-to-Hire IT Infrastructure resources.
- Experience with MSPs, staffing companies, or IT service providers.
- Existing network/database of US IT Infrastructure professionals.
