Role Description The US IT Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Serilingampalli. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT and technical positions, including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The recruiter will coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback, and support offer negotiation and onboarding activities in alignment with company policies and US hiring practices.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system,



building talent pipelines for critical roles, and nurturing relationships with prospective candidates. The role also involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, improve recruitment processes, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess specialized IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with a focus on US-based technology roles.
- Candidates should possess proven Hiring skills, including stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer facilitation.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage diverse talent pools.
- Familiarity with US employment practices, time zones, and recruitment compliance requirements is highly beneficial.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, professional networks, and job boards for sourcing and pipeline development is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
