ARCH-EN DESIGN is hiring an experienced (min. 10-12 years experience) Quantity Surveyor / Estimate Maker, who can join our Lucknow team and can manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning who can work from beginning/ planning to the construction. This role is essential to ensure cost control, value engineering throughout the planning and execution stages.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Preparation of BOQ and estimate all types of Quantities.
Preparation of Preliminary Cost Estimate as per project requirements..
● Preparation and Manage BBS and Quantities.
● Making Rate Analysis of MR items
Qualifications:
· Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field
· Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience . Preference should be given to the candidate who is working with ARCHITECTURAL Firm .
· Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and ACAD etc.
