What You’ll Do

· Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with counsellors and overseas education consultants.

· Conduct presentations, seminars, spot-evaluation sessions, and other partner engagement activities.

· Develop, implement, and manage digital strategies to maximize international student recruitment.

· Communicate effectively with small and large groups in both formal and informal settings.

· Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate sound professional judgement.

· Train and mentor team members and design effective training programmes.

· Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

· Proactively generate ideas and identify opportunities for business development.

· Maximize student recruitment while achieving the financial goals established for the region.

Who We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

· Willingness and ability to travel to meet and liaise with potential partners and clients.

· Proven ability to negotiate and work effectively with senior-level executives.

· Strong analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal, influencing,



and relationship-management skills.

Skills & Experience

· Experience in one or more of the following sectors is highly preferred: international education, higher education, or information technology.

· Strong understanding of general trends, economic drivers, and policies affecting the international education sector.
