Role Description The Unity Developer will work on designing, developing, and optimizing mobile games and interactive experiences using Unity, with a focus on Taskify Games’ gamified earning platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing gameplay features, building and refining levels, integrating UI and backend services, and ensuring performance and stability across devices. The role also involves collaborating with designers and product teams, experimenting with new mechanics and AR features, troubleshooting bugs, and participating in code reviews.





This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, where regular on-site collaboration is expected, with some flexibility for work from home.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Mobile Game Development and Unity-based gameplay implementation.
- Experience with Augmented Reality (AR) features and interactive, real-time applications.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts, ideally in C#.
- Ability to design and iterate on Level Design, including game flow, pacing, and player experience.
- Understanding of performance optimization, debugging, and profiling for mobile platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting in Lucknow and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices is beneficial.
- Interest in gamification, user engagement, and reward-based systems is an advantage.
