We are looking for a resource having Core Expertise on Managing Cisco Contact Center Enterprise Network Infrastructure setup

Who is proficient in handling Network &

- Network Security Operations, Vendor Management, Network Access Control, ISE and Any Connect VPN with Virtualization strategy and technically demanding Infrastructure projects

Duties And Responsibilities

- Candidate must have Hand on experience working on Cisco Contact Center Network Infrastructure Setup
- Candidate should have hands on experience in managing SD-WAN and LAN Switches
- Candidate should have hands on experience in managing Voice Gateways, Voice traffic prioritizing and QoS.
- Candidate should have hands on experience in managing Voice Gateway
- Candidate should have hands on experience in managing NAC-Network Access Control
- Candidate should have hands on experience in managing Any Connect VPN and ISE
- Candidate should have hands on experience in managing Cisco Firewalls and manager
- Candidate should have hands on experience in troubleshooting using data and voice flow
- Managing Network &
- Network-Security Operations
- Oversee and coordinate lifecycle management for infrastructure architecture, business continuance and service restoration strategies.
- Designing and planning strategies for Network Infrastructure and involve in process building and improvement for Network operations.
- Will be involved with Core IT teams to design Recent technologies platform
- Participate as a member of the IT Infrastructure &
- Operations management team in creating and maintaining the governance processes of the organization’s infrastructure architecture, data centers, networks, communications systems and client engineering.
- Coordinate the ongoing activities of the Network Services team, inclusive of oversight for the related IT project portfolio as well as ongoing incident response management for supported systems.




- Handle Infrastructure of Organization and evaluate new initiatives. Work closely with partners for SLA tracking.
- Work closely with other IT Managers to address ongoing operational needs
- Define requirements for new technology implementations and communicate them to key business stakeholders.
- Review hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements.
- Record and maintain accurate incident and change records and logs related to DC Infra
- Ensure daily DC Operations Job like backups and actively involved in upgrade, maintenance activities
- Ensure equipment and software operations is compliant
- Act as an escalation point for the technical issues pursued within the Network Services team
- Work with outsourced service delivery partner to ensure strict adherence to Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Problem Management process
- Ensure Compliance as per requirement
- |Responsibilities:
- Manage critical Network &
- Network-Security operations, facility engineering operations, Data Center buildouts and scaling
- Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and to meet required SLAs.
- Coordinate external vendors, ensure the resource’s supply and delivery, match business’s growth.
- Responsibility for outsourcing and vendor management of colocation Data Centre services providers to meet or exceed contracted performance SLA’s.
- Know 24x7 onsite support procedure, continuous improvement of operational processes, procedures, methods, and tools.
- Experience of managing Remote support teams
- Thorough knowledge of ITIL framework
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills

Required Qualifications And Experience

- Minimum qualification required is Graduate with an experience of more than 6 years.
- Cisco Collaboration Certificates, CCNP, CCNS Certified
- Sound knowledge on Network &
- Network-Security operations.
- Thorough knowledge of ITIL framework.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
- Experience of managing Remote Infrastructure Teams
- Experience of facing audit teams
