About the RoleUCBS Ltd is looking for a professional, confident and target-driven UK Business Funding Telesales Executive to join our growing team.

The main focus of this role is to speak with our existing UK business customers, understand their funding requirements, identify suitable finance opportunities, and cross-sell products such as Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), business loans and other SME funding solutions.

This is a sales-focused role, so we are looking for someone with strong telesales experience, excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak with UK business owners.

The position is currently remote, but applicants must be based in Hyderabad and willing to work from our Hyderabad office in the future.

Key Responsibilities• Contact existing UCBS customers by phone and identify potential funding requirements

- Cross-sell Merchant Cash Advance, business loans and other suitable finance products
- Build strong relationships with UK business owners and decision-makers
- Understand each customer’s business and recommend appropriate funding options
- Generate finance opportunities from the existing UCBS customer database
- Qualify customers before passing or submitting applications to suitable lenders/funders
- Follow up with customers throughout the funding process
- Liaise with UK lenders, brokers and funding partners where required
- Maintain regular contact with customers for repeat and future funding opportunities
- Manage an accurate sales and funding pipeline
- Update customer records and follow-up activity accurately
- Work towards agreed monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets
- Provide a professional customer experience while representing UCBS Ltd

What We’re Looking For• Previous telesales,



outbound sales or telephone-based sales experience
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable speaking with UK business customers
- Strong sales, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs
- Target-driven, motivated and commercially focused
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following would be highly advantageous:
- Business loans
- Merchant Cash Advance (MCA)
- Commercial finance
- SME finance
- Banking or lending
- Financial services
- Loan telesales
- Insurance or other financial product sales
- UK B2B telesales

Previous UK finance experience is preferred, but we are also interested in strong telesales professionals who have excellent communication skills and the ability to learn business funding products quickly.

Working Requirements• Must be based in Hyderabad, India
