About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and design-focused Frontend UI/UX Engineer with expertise in React to join our talented development team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our responsive B2C web products across various brands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating real-world web or mobile product design, along with the ability to translate product requirements and user feedback into polished, user-centric interfaces.

You will be responsible for creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and implementing these designs using React and related technologies. Your work will directly impact the user experience, ensuring that our platforms are intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling across desktop and mobile devices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, regulated industry, where your creativity and technical skills will help elevate our digital products to new heights.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong portfolio showcasing web or mobile product design work, with proven experience using Figma for interface design. A solid understanding of responsive design principles, mobile-first approach,



and accessibility standards is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with experience in building reusable components and design systems.

Familiarity with contemporary frontend libraries such as Redux Toolkit, React Router, Bootstrap, and PrimeReact is advantageous, though not mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English are required to collaborate effectively in a remote environment. Reliability, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work approximately eight hours daily during overlapping hours with Korea Standard Time are important.

Experience in gaming, fintech, sports, entertainment, or other data-heavy B2C platforms is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop polished desktop and mobile interfaces for multiple B2C web brands, ensuring consistency and brand adherence.
- Convert product requirements, sketches, and reference materials into complete UI designs, including wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Create responsive layouts, interactive prototypes, and design tokens using Figma, facilitating seamless handoff to development teams.
- Implement approved UI designs in React, utilizing Vite, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to produce high-quality, production-ready code.
- Build and maintain reusable components, design systems, themes, and responsive layout frameworks to streamline development and ensure visual consistency.
- Enhance existing web pages and interfaces without disrupting core functionalities or API integrations.
- Design clear and effective UI states for loading, error messages, empty results, modals, forms, tables, and navigation elements.




- Test layouts across various screen sizes and devices to ensure optimal responsiveness and usability.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and QA teams through Git-based workflows and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands while allowing for necessary brand-specific adaptations.
