Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated UiPath Support Specialist to join our team in a 24x7 rotational shift role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise RPA bots in production. You will handle L1/L2 incident management via UiPath Orchestrator, perform root cause analysis on job failures, and resolve minor workflow/REFramework issues to maximize uptime.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain RPA bots in production to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage L1/L2 incidents through UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis on job failures and implement corrective actions.
- Fix minor workflow and REFramework issues to enhance bot reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation processes.
- Provide support during weekends and nights as part of the rotational shift schedule.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Solid exception-handling skills in RPA environments.
- Experience with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and nights.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Gen AI technologies.
- Knowledge of additional RPA tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in UiPath or RPA technologies are a plus.
