About The Role

Join Data Eminence as a remote UI/UX Designer and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of tomorrow. In this position, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, attractive, and user-friendly interfaces across various digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into compelling visual and functional designs.

Your work will encompass user research, wireframing, prototyping, and the development of comprehensive design systems, ensuring consistency and usability throughout our products.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design,



Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or relevant internship experience.
- Strong understanding of UI and UX principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Miro.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
- Basic understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with project requirements.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces that provide seamless user experiences across devices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency.




- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and functionality.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate user feedback to refine interfaces.
- Identify and resolve usability and accessibility issues to enhance user satisfaction and inclusivity.
- Document design specifications, guidelines, and assets for seamless development handoff.
- Work closely with product teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality.
