Role Description The Turf Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sholinganallur, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Stayyoo-managed properties and common areas. This role includes supervising turf and facilities maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring that all outdoor and shared spaces are safe, clean, and well-presented.

Manager will monitor maintenance schedules, address tenant-reported issues promptly, and maintain records of inspections, repairs, and vendor activities. The role also involves collaborating with property owners and the internal team to optimize occupancy, support smooth check-in/check-out processes, and uphold service standards aligned with Stayyoo’s brand.

Manager is expected to provide proactive feedback on operational improvements and support on-site implementation of new policies or features introduced through the Stayyoo platform.

Qualifications

- Experience in facilities, property, or turf management, including supervising maintenance activities and coordinating with vendors or service providers.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, maintenance schedules, and tenant requests efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, property owners, and internal teams, both in person and through digital tools.
- Working knowledge of basic building services (cleaning, landscaping, minor repairs) and safety standards for residential or hospitality environments.
- Comfort using mobile apps or web platforms for logging issues, tracking tasks, and generating simple reports; basic proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality living experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Sholinganallur, including occasional weekend or evening availability as operations require.
- Prior experience in PG, serviced apartments, hospitality, or residential community management is preferred; a diploma or degree in facilities management, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
