About the RoleWe are hiring Travel Sales Consultants with hands-on experience in the US Travel Industry to join our growing team in Noida.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US travel sales, flight bookings, customer handling, lead conversion, and upselling. You will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries from US customers and converting them into successful travel bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound travel calls/inquiries from customers in the US market.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable flight/travel options.
- Handle flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, reissues, and itinerary-related queries.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel products and services.
- Handle customer objections and effectively close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
- Provide end-to-end assistance and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, travel regulations,



and industry practices.
- Work closely with the team and management to achieve business targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Travel Sales – Mandatory.
- Experience handling US customers in a travel sales/voice process.
- Strong knowledge of flight bookings and travel processes.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Experience with Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
