We are expanding our sales teams across multiple destinations and are looking for driven travel sales professionals who want to grow quickly in a high-performance environment.

The RoleAs a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for converting travel enquiries into bookings, understanding customer requirements, recommending the right experiences and managing customers throughout the sales process.

You will work closely with destination and operations teams while being directly accountable for your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming travel enquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets.
- Recommend suitable destinations, itineraries and travel experiences.
- Prepare and communicate travel proposals to customers.
- Follow up with leads across the sales cycle.
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
- Negotiate and close bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales pipeline information.




- Work towards individual and team revenue and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and increasing booking value.
- Maintain a high standard of customer communication throughout the sales journey.

Significant Eligibility CriteriaPlease apply only if you meet the following criteria:

- 6+ months of relevant travel sales experience is mandatory.
- This role is not open to freshers.
- Candidates with experience in non-travel sales only will not be considered.
- Relevant experience in travel sales is a mandatory requirement.
