Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Training & Quality Assurance Manager to own the complete training and quality lifecycle for coaching, sales, and client-facing teams in a fast-paced healthcare/wellness environment.

The role involves training delivery, instructional design, course development, onboarding and probation management, quality audits, and process improvement. You will build and continuously improve training programs that help new hires become confident, knowledgeable, and high-performing professionals while ensuring quality standards are maintained after training.

This is a highly cross-functional and delivery-focused role, requiring close collaboration with Clinical, Nutrition, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation

- Design and conduct end-to-end onboarding training for coaching, sales, doctors, and other client-facing teams.

- Conduct clinical and scientific orientation sessions for new leaders and employees.

- Plan and deliver ongoing/refresher training programs.

- Conduct mock calls and simulations for coaches and sales teams to improve performance and quality.

2. Research & Training Content Development

- Research emerging nutrition science, coaching practices, and relevant industry trends.

- Translate clinical and scientific information into simple, practical training content.

- Keep training material accurate, relevant, and aligned with business requirements.

3. Course Creation & Management

- Own the complete development of training courses on platforms such as Udemy, Coursebox,



or similar LMS platforms.

- Create and manage training decks, articles, assessments, and downloadable resources.

- Coordinate end-to-end video production for training content, including quality checks.

- Continuously improve existing courses based on feedback, audit findings, and business changes.

4. Onboarding & Probation Management

- Manage the new-hire journey from initial training through confirmation.

- Track employee progress against probation milestones.

- Work with managers to evaluate new hires and provide structured feedback.

- Identify skill gaps and address them through targeted coaching or refresher training.

5. Quality Assurance

- Conduct and manage quality audits of coach and sales calls.

- Audit diet plans prepared by coaches for clinical accuracy.

- Review client-coach communication for quality, compliance, and appropriate tone.

- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for escalations and track corrective actions.

- Monitor senior/expert-level calls and escalation RCAs against quality and conversion metrics.

6. Process & Program Improvement

- Identify and implement improvements in training and call-handling processes.

- Develop science-led training material and maintain professionalism standards.

- Handle escalations related to clinical or coaching performance.





- Partner with Operations and Program Management teams to convert audit and probation findings into process improvements.

Must-Have Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, or Quality Assurance.

- Experience in healthcare, wellness, coaching, nutrition, or D2C services is preferred.

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience conducting live training sessions.

- Strong experience in training content/course development.

- Hands-on experience with LMS/course platforms such as Udemy, Coursebox, or similar tools.

- Strong analytical skills for call audits, quality scoring, RCA, and performance tracking.

- Good understanding of clinical/nutrition fundamentals or strong willingness to learn them.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience managing employee onboarding and probation is preferred.

- Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Medicine, Nutrition, or Nursing required.

- Background in nutrition, life sciences, psychology, or education is an advantage.
