Role Description The Training and Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for enhancing learner employability and managing campus placement activities. This role includes designing and delivering training programs on soft skills, interview techniques, and workplace readiness, as well as coordinating workshops, seminars, and employer interactions. The officer will build and maintain relationships with companies for internships and final placements, organize campus recruitment drives, and guide learners through resume preparation and job search strategies.





Day-to-day activities also involve tracking placement statistics, collaborating with faculty on industry engagement, and providing one-on-one counseling to support career planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Campus Placement and College Recruiting skills to manage employer outreach and placement processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Soft Skills to interact with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to design, deliver, and evaluate employability and skill-development programs.
- Relevant experience in training, career services, corporate relations, or HR/recruitment, preferably in an educational institution or management college.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple events and deadlines, and use digital tools for placement tracking and communication.
