About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer – Cisco with strong technical expertise across multiple Cisco technology domains. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Cisco training, course development, content customization, and Cisco Derivative Works (DW).

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality instructor-led training programs on Cisco technologies.
- Demonstrate strong end-to-end expertise across Data Center, Routing & Switching, Enterprise Networking, Security, Wireless, Collaboration, and other relevant Cisco domains.
- Research and identify opportunities for developing Cisco Derivative Works (DW) and custom Cisco courses.
- Develop and customize technical training content based on customer and market requirements.
- Design and develop custom Cisco and cross-technology courses, including practical labs, demonstrations, exercises, and learning materials.
- Manage the complete Cisco DW lifecycle, including identification, development, submission, approval, and coordination with Cisco teams.
- Ensure that customized training content aligns with Cisco requirements and applicable approval guidelines.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Cisco teams to facilitate smooth course development and approval.
- Stay updated with emerging Cisco technologies, certifications, products, and training requirements.
- Support the development of new technical training offerings based on market and customer demand.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality of training content.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to learners with different levels of expertise.
- Maintain solid stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on course development and DW approval activities.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience working as a Cisco Corporate Trainer / Technical Instructor.
- Experience with Cisco Derivative Works (DW) and custom Cisco course development.
- Experience in obtaining or coordinating Cisco DW approvals.
- Broad exposure to multiple Cisco technology domains rather than expertise limited to a single technology.
- Experience developing customized technical training programs for enterprise customers
