About the Role The Proto Hub is looking for a motivated Trainee Associate – Client Engagement & Business Development to join our team.

This is a 5-month trainee opportunity with a stipend, designed for candidates who want to gain practical exposure to client engagement, business development, marketing, communication, and business operations.

The role is primarily Work From Home, with occasional requirements to participate in team activities, seminars, presentations, and client visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective and existing clients and understand their requirements.
- Introduce and explain The Proto Hub's platform and services.
- Support client onboarding, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Assist with lead generation, market research, and business development activities.
- Support marketing, digital marketing, social media, content, and communication initiatives where relevant.
- Prepare and support client presentations and meetings.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client and business requirements.

Minimum Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; backgrounds related to Business, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields are preferred.




- Valuable spoken and written English communication.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Good interpersonal and client engagement skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong interest in business development, client relations, marketing, digital marketing, social media, or business operations.

Training & Career Opportunity The position includes a 5-month training period with a stipend.
