We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive – Modern Trade to manage category performance, promotional planning and execution across our Modern Trade accounts. The role will work closely with KAMs, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to drive sales, visibility and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Track monthly sell-out/offtake data by chain, SKU and geography.
- Prepare and maintain category performance dashboards and monthly reports.
- Monitor sales performance and identify underperforming chains and SKUs.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, launches and shelf visibility.
- Plan and manage the monthly promotional calendar for Modern Trade accounts.
- Develop chain-specific offers and schemes based on channel requirements.
- Calculate scheme ROI and ensure promotions stay within the approved budget.
- Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain before finalising promotions.
- Prepare promotional proposals, scheme sheets and communication kits for KAMs.
- Coordinate with KAMs to ensure timely execution of approved promotions.




- Communicate approved promotions with chain buyers/category managers and track confirmations.
- Track promotion execution, store coverage and sell-through performance.
- Support KAMs with category data, competitive insights and AOP/JBP preparation.
- Work with Marketing on new launches, POSM and category initiatives.
- Track new SKU performance for the first 60 days and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly category/chain performance reports.

Requirements

> - 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Modern Trade, Category Management or a similar role.
> - Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Skincare, Pharma/OTC or D2C preferred.
> - Good understanding of Modern Trade, sell-out data and promotional planning.
> - Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
> - Good understanding of trade schemes and promotional ROI.
> - Solid communication, coordination and presentation skills.
> - Ability to work with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
> - Strong attention to detail and ownership.
