Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor – Facility Service is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, planning daily work schedules, and ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and well maintained. The supervisor oversees room and common area cleaning, laundry operations, inventory of cleaning supplies, and equipment upkeep.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting inspections,



training team members on cleaning standards and safety procedures, and coordinating with other departments to address service requests. The role also requires handling customer service issues promptly, maintaining documentation and reports, and supporting continuous improvement in facility hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training for housekeeping and soft-services staff.
- Provide induction, refresher, and on-the-job training.
- Train employees on SOPs, cleaning methods, hygiene, safety, chemicals, and equipment.
- Identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Conduct employee assessments and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with Operations teams across multiple client sites.
- Monitor training effectiveness and service quality.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and training skills.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping/soft services.
- Ability to handle frontline staff.
- Willingness to travel to multiple client locations.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.
