Tooling Engineer – Die Casting

? Experience: 5+ years

? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Tooling Engineer with solid knowledge of High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) and die design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and improve die casting tools, including runner, cooling and vacuum systems
- Design and optimize gating, cooling and die sealing systems
- Support casting simulation and die casting trials
- Troubleshoot tooling and improve cycle time, die life and casting quality
- Work on cores, slides, squeeze cores and jet-cooled cores
- Support trim tool design and casting process improvement
- Apply DFM, GD&T;, FMEA and Value Engineering
- Work closely with manufacturing and casting teams to solve tooling and process issues
